Southern Regional League
The Southern regional league is composed of teams from three local areas (Oxfordshire, Southern Countries, South Midlands).
The two teams that takes the top places in this regional League qualify for the EKA South and East promotional league, which is a qualifying competition for a place in the National Korfball League. In 2025/ 2026 the regional league consists of a Home & Away format, with each team playing every other team twice.
Matches are one hour in length. 2 points for a win, 1 for a draw, 0 for a loss.
